Convenience Transportation, LLC, a subsidiary of Kwik Trip, Inc., operates a Truck Maintenance Shop, located in La Crosse, WI. Our facility services a modern fleet which includes: 150 Power Units that run 17 million miles per year, 100 Reefer trailers, 62 Petroleum tankers, 33 straight trucks, 150 company automobiles, as well as, providing service work for external fleets. Our state-of-the art shop is equipped with an automated truck wash bay, truck hoists, and can facilitate 6 trailers. This individual’s responsibilities include: properly ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of parts; checking vendor packing slips/invoices for accuracy; issue parts received to open work orders; ensure parts are in proper location; manage parts/service warranty claims; research part numbers and descriptions in parts manual.

Work Schedule: Sunday through Thursday working approximately 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Please note the hours may change slightly but will still be second shift hours. At least 2 years of Truck or Automotive parts experience; excellent computer skills; strong organizational skills; high customer service standards; ability to work alone as well as part of a team; flexible; ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment; understands inventory control measures; ability to analyze data and make recommendations; valid driver’s license with good driving record; willing to live in close proximity of the La Crosse, WI area. The following skills are not necessary but are a plus: knowledge of TmtSoftware and/or Parts Inventory System; flat rate and time management measures; Thermo King/Carrier refrigeration parts experience.
