Description:
Altra Federal Credit Union is hiring a Real Estate Loan Processor. This full-time position works with Real Estate Loan Originators to expedite the home loan application process; develops a solid understanding of Altra policy, Secondary Market and Investor Guidelines, NCUA Rules and Regulations, and other laws affecting Real Estate lending; requests and obtains necessary documentation and answers questions from applicants, appraisers, title companies, etc., to completely process a real estate loan application.
Requirements:
Minimum two years experience in Real Estate Lending field preferred; strong decision making/problem solving skills; high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; excellent communication skills; proficient Microsoft Office skills.
