Description:
Kwik Trip, Inc., services our 370+ convenience store locations in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Iowa. As a Relief Zone/Grocery Semi Driver, you are responsible for the safe and timely delivery and unloading of product being sent to store locations. In addition, the Relief Zone/Grocery Driver covers yard shuttle shifts when needed. Kwik Trip, Inc. employs over 80 Grocery drivers. On average Grocery Drivers log 1,300 miles per week, are able to be home at the end of each shift and drive only the best equipment. Our state-of-the art fleet is equipped with electronic logging, satellite communication, and is serviced regularly by our own Truck Maintenance Shop.
Requirements:
Class A CDL with combination vehicle, air brakes, general and hazardous material endorsements; prior Class A commercial driving experience; good driving record; high level of customer service; accurate/detail orientated; willing to learn/perform a variety of job tasks; work well with others; work with minimal supervision; understand/accurately complete invoice paperwork.
Physical Requirements:
Sit up to 6 hours at a time; stand up to 2 hours at a time; bend/reach/twist/stoop/squat frequently; lift up to 75 pounds to waist level occasionally; lift up to 70 pounds to 60 inches occasionally; lift up to 40 pounds to 72 inches frequently; carry 90 pounds occasionally; push/pull up to 100 pounds of force occasionally; work in a safety conscious environment; work in a variety of temperature and weather conditions.
