| Consumer Loan Services, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Marine Credit Union is looking for an experienced Mortgage Consultant. The candidate must have at least two years residential lending experience, proven track record of success, knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and Fannie Mae lending guidelines. This position will require extensive communication with other credit unions throughout the Midwest in helping to assist them in originating mortgage loans. The mortgage consultant will provide training workshops on the different functions of mortgage originations to the referral sources. Upon generating applications the mortgage consultant will interview the prospective borrower, determine the eligibility of the borrower with programs that CLS has to offer. |

| Education, training, experience: |
Knowledge of loan collections, consumer credit, and residential lending is preferred. The ideal candidate will have skills in sales and business development knowledge. Strong leadership skills are key to this career position.
