| Job Description: |
| Manage and maintain LHI's IT infrastructure environment to support LHI's business operations. Work as a lead on IT projects that involve technology and product evaluation, implementation, deployment and troubleshooting as assigned. Act as the primary technical point of contact for specific aspects of the data center operations, such as network infrastructure, exchange server, terminal servers and SQL databases. Ensure efficient, balanced, secure and uninterrupted operation of all servers and equipment. Responsible for patching all servers and making sure servers have the latest AV software. Experience in network infrastructure or systems administration working primarily with Microsoft. |

| Education, training, experience: |
Associate's Degree in Computer Science, MIS or Networking combined with a minimum of 5 years experience in network infrastructure or system administration working primarily with Microsoft technologies required. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Working experience with Microsoft .NET infrastructure, Windows 2003/2008 server environment, Active Directory, Group Policies, Sharepoint and Reporting Services is necessary. Must possess strong troubleshooting and analytical skills along with good interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently to meet required deadlines. Exchange Server - IIS, SQL server and network load balanced terminal server experience is desired.
Microsoft certifications are preferred.
