| Consumer Loan Services, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of Marine Credit Union) is looking for an experienced Mortgage Support Specialist. The candidate must have at least two years residential lending experience, proven track record of success, knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and Fannie Mae lending guidelines. The qualified professional will be responsible for updating and inputting consumer data in mortgage orgination software. Assisting in the creation of initial disclosures to be sent to prospective borrowers. Informs the loan officer of any variances in the credti package that will negatively impact the approval of the loan. |

Previous processing experience is required.The ideal candidate MUST have the ability to work independently and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales and goal driven organization. Candidate MUST also be organized and have the ability to multi-task. Candidate MUST be a problem solver with a "can do" attitude.
