Vice President of Sales
The VP of Sales with correspondents of their own and as such will serve as a liaison between CLS and their correspondents for all mortgage related inquiries. Targets credit unions amd community banks to develop correspondent relationships in order to acquire long-term and productive business within a designated terrirtory, as well as maintains relationships.
*CLS is a credit union owned mortgage banking company that gives other financial institutions, regardless of asset size, their own mortgage department. Through CLS's transparent process and technology, financial institutions can employ the product advantage and pricing of today's largest real estate providers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
As a Manger:
Provides the department with the vision and leadership to carry out its mission.
Seeks out opportunities to improve departmental operations.
Hire, manage, coach and evaluate Account Executives.
As a Account Executive:
Solicit credit unions, community banks, mortgage brokers and mortgage banking companies.
Manage business development network with the credit union and community banking industry.
Provide Service Support for correspondants.
Conduct outside sales presentations and training on CLS products and services.
Make a frequent on-site visits to correspondents.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of three years mortgage lending experience.
3-5 years management/leadership experience
Business development experience
Residential lending knowledge
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with quotas and goals
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
College Degree desired (Not required) |
