The Onalaska United Methodist Church is seeking a full-time Director of Christian Discipleship. The position calls for a person who is energetic, outgoing, and creative and who is a self-starter, possessing the leadership, communication, and organizational skills to oversee and grow a discipleship ministry to children, youth and adults.
The Director of Christian Discipleship will provide vision and direction for existing programs and develop new programs through Christian education, small groups and outreach ministries that will create an environment that allows participants to grow in their relationship with God through Jesus Christ. |

| Education, training, experience: |
A strong faith that can be willingly shared in words and actions.
History of active church membership and willingness to regularly participate in Onalaska United Methodist Church worship.
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in education with seminary/ theological training preferred.
Three to five years experience in a position of similar ministry responsibility. |
